Terms & Conditions

For the online secured payments, you will be charged extra fees of 2,07% incl. taxes for the Moroccan bank cards and 3,17% incl. taxes for the foreign bank cards. For cash payments via Cash Plus, Barid Cash and Damane Cash, we charge an additional fee of 2.40% incl. taxes as well as a stamp fee of 0.25% of the total amount paid.

The cash payment only concerns residents in Morocco. We inform you that all these payment fees are non-refundable.

The payment of your stay will be made in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). However, the price in any other currency is used for information purposes only.

For non-refundable bookings: No refunds, no modifications and no cancellations are possible. Aucun remboursement, aucune modification et aucune annulation ne sont possibles.

For flexible bookings:

• Guests who cancel 7 days or more before 23:59 (Moroccan time) on the day of arrival will not be charged.

• Guests who cancel less than 7 days before 23:59 (Moroccan time) on the day of arrival (or who do not show up) will be charged 50% of the amount of the reservation with a minimum of one night’s billing.

• We inform you that the refund is made only in MAD.

Access hours

Check-In: Starting at 3 pm. The access to the hotel is strictly forbidden to any arrival before this time.

Check-Out: At 12 pm at the latest. Our guests are kindly requested to vacate the rooms at no later than 12 pm. They can leave their luggage at the reception, have their lunch at the restaurant and leave the hotel at 3 pm at the latest.

Lunch

Lunch on arrival day is excluded.

Lunch on departure day is included.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out extra charges:

1. Access to the hotel (without rooms)

• Access to the hotel from 9 am in All-Inclusive is possible and charged at 300 MAD per person. Room allocation is at 3 pm.
• Access to the hotel from 11 am in All-Inclusive is possible and charged at 150 MAD per person. Room allocation is at 3 pm.
• Late check-out until 6 pm is possible and charged at 150 MAD per person (snack and drinks included). The room should be vacated at 12 pm.
• Late check-out until 8 pm is possible and charged at 300 MAD per person (snack, dinner and drinks included). The room should be vacated at 12 pm.

2. Access to the hotel (with rooms) – According to availability

• Check-in from 9 am is possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with the reception the day before the arrival. The room is charged at 900 MAD.
• Check-in from 11 am is possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with the reception the day before the arrival. The room is charged at 500 MAD.
• Late check-out until 3 pm is possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with the reception on the day of departure. The room is charged at 500 MAD.
• Late check-out until 6 pm is possible depending on availability and must be confirmed with the reception on the day of departure. The room is charged at 900 MAD.

Please note that the amount stated on your booking confirmation includes tourist taxes, which are MAD 19.80 per person per night.

Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and / or execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to Moroccan law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Marrakech.
